Loved John's coaching style. It was very interactive and engaging. The course layout and the material have been designed thoughtfully. Would highly recommend John.

I really enjoyed the mix of practical application of the learning material. Our instructor was very engaging and put us in groups to walk through the scrum practice.

An engaging and enlightening course. Walking away with more information than I anticipated. Excellent

John's enthusiasm and ability to build trust quickly made this a phenomenal class. He adapted as needed and encouraged a level of confidence for everyone to engage and learn.

John conducted a very effective Certified ScrumMaster introductory training course. The sessions were highly interactive and very engaging, perfectly managing the allocated time for each session. I very much appreciated the approach of using Miro board for presenting the course material (instead of using PowerPoint slides) and to capture responses from course attendees on each exercise. John also provided links to several web resources and references to books that greatly complement the training material covered during the course. Great job by John!!

Engaging and Informative

John Miller was a great instructor and the Miro board tool that was utilized made the class so fun!

Great agile course with real world use. Jon did a great job in explaining the terms and phases in which scrum teams flowed with while also explaining the roles clearly. I also enjoyed the collaboration breakout rooms which allowed small group discussions to get your thoughts out.
