I took the CSM course with Kim Brainard and she was a fabulous instructor. She kept the course very engaging, interactive and taught us through relatable examples. She was attentive to the groups questions and through many activities & breakout room allowed multiple avenues for the material to sink in. Through Kim's training, I was able to pass my CSM exam on the first try. Thanks Kim!!

Exceptional instructor! Kim Brainard's technical guidance in the Certified Scrum Master course was top-notch. Her teaching style not only made the learning process enjoyable but also played a key role in my success on the exam—passed on the first try. Coming from a background in formal instruction, I can confidently say she stands out as one of the best. She adapts to every student’s learning style. She is gifted. The goat!! Highly recommend her for anyone seeking a comprehensive and enjoyable learning experience.

I recently had the privilege of attending a 3-day training session led by Kim Brainard, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the outset, Kim's expertise and passion for the subject were evident. The way they engaged with the attendees, addressing our questions with patience and depth, made the learning process both enjoyable and highly informative. One of the most impressive aspects of the training was how Kim seamlessly integrated practical examples and interactive elements, which helped in cementing our understanding of the concepts. The balance between theory and hands-on activities was perfect, ensuring that we were not only passive listeners but active participants in our learning journey. I highly recommend Kim Brainard for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Scrum Master and related certifications. This training was not just an educational experience but a truly inspiring journey. Thank you, Kim, for such a rewarding and enriching three days!

Kim was great. Very engaging and entertaining. Very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge not by lecturing, but by sharing stories and analogies that would help us relate the content to our own personal experiences. I really enjoyed the interactive nature of the class. I passed my test on the first try with flying colors :) Would highly recommend to anyone interested in the basics of Scrum.

Kim Brainard uses a variety of techniques to ensure students have a thorough understanding of the subject matter. Her techniques combined with excellent pacing, warm and interactive learning environment, relatable examples, and humor make for a great overall experience. Highly recommend!!!

Kim's classes are great!! She keeps the class energized and provides a wealth of information.

Kim is a Force Multiplier and a flat-out pure superstar in the Scrum AGILE space! I was a Product Owner for Standard Chartered Bank in Kuala Lumpur...and I damn near wanted to cry at the end of class on day 1 because what we did and learned in 4.5 hours, I didn't get in the training/coaching at my job in 2.5 years while in Malaysia & Singapore! She's the Bomb Dot Com! Thanks Kim and ABG!

I highly recommend taking your CSPO certification course with Kim Brainard! Kim is a great teacher who took time to make sure we all understood the material. She created engaging, interactive exercises to help us learn; we did not have to sit there listening to a lecture When I read the class description, I felt instinctively that this was going to be a good workshop and I'm happy to say that my instincts were spot on!
