Beware cancelation fee!!
Beware!! I placed an order for $ 3,408.00 of rock three weeks prior to delivery date. Had to cancel it two weeks before the delivery date. They charged %7 cancellation fee. Nothing was noted on teh invoice or order form about a 7% cancelation fee. When i complained they said it is on their website.

Hi Brian, We understand why a cancellation charge can be frustrating, and we’re sorry the experience left you disappointed. We do want to clarify that this was not a fee added unexpectedly after the cancellation. Our cancellation policy is disclosed in our Terms & Conditions during checkout and is accepted as part of placing the order. Aggregate Markets does not add a separate credit-card processing surcharge to normal orders, even though many businesses do. However, when a multi-thousand-dollar order is processed and later cancelled at the customer’s request, payment processing, transaction, administrative and order-handling costs have already been incurred, and some of those costs cannot be recovered. The cancellation fee is intended to help cover those costs - not to profit from cancelled orders. In this case, the order was placed and later cancelled at your request, so the cancellation was handled according to the same published policy we apply consistently to all customers. We hope this provides helpful context for anyone reading the review.
