Awful! I paid in february and did not have a "working" website until June. When I asked for a few updates my search box no longer worked (majority of the reason for a website) and my active listings go to a 404 page and my past listings is blank. Impressive to anyone who looks at this - wth

If it wasn't for Michael, I honestly would have canceled my account with Agent Image. When I first started this project, I was overwhelmed and frustrated. I had very little confidence that my website would turn out the way I envisioned, and I wasn't even sure I'd be able to use it effectively. Michael completely changed that experience. Not only did he help create a clear path forward, but he also worked alongside another company to help merge my website instead of forcing me to choose between the two platforms. While the other company's customer service was slow, unresponsive, and often took days, and sometimes even weeks, to answer questions, Michael consistently responded quickly, remained patient, and delivered on his commitments. He went above and beyond by helping me navigate questions involving both companies, even when they weren't directly his responsibility. Throughout the entire process, Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly supportive. He greeted every conversation with positive energy and genuinely made me feel like he wanted to help. As customers, we don't always understand every technical aspect of a project, but having someone like Michael makes the entire process much smoother. This company deserves a no star rating. If your looking for a real estate website you don't want this company as they are completely dishonest. They said it would take 6o days to build my site and it was 8 months, after it was launched it had nothing but problems. Now do your standard Agent Image response of so sorry and we are looking into it, yet more lies. There biggest false advertising lie is that you own your site, you do not, I told them to send my 3K back that I spent since they could no longer service my site and they refused so I said show me where I can access MY site and they had no answer as they took it upon themselves to destroy it. If you advertise that you own your site and they destroy it they need to send your money back period. This company is full of liars and the government needs to look into there false advertising and theft of property per there claims that you own your site.
