FACT CHECK EVERYTHING before you give them money and ID. I am not going to debate my HIPPA protected experience with Ageless Rx on Trust Pilot. They were given the benefit of the doubt through at least a dozen attempts to communicate with them. I'm posting to warn patients to look elsewhere for off label rapamycin. Ageless Rx PR says that Ageless Rx supplies rapamycin to the Simmaron Trial. A Simmaron researcher suggested that I get rapamycin from Ageless Rx, so that I could follow the trial, since the trial was closed when I asked to join. Per Ageless Rx procedures, as a first step, I spent hours sharing private medical information with Ageless Rx online and let them know I wanted to follow the process done in the Simmaron Trial. They also wanted my ID and credit card info as a first step. As soon as I gave them my email, I was flooded with drug sales pitch advertising I unsubscribed, since I wasn't buying shampoo, I was trying to follow a respected protocol from the Simmaron Trial. I didn't want to give them my credit card and ID before verifying that I could follow the procedures of the Simmaron Trial and receive the same formula of Rapamycin (Dr. Reddy's) that Ageless Rx's PR says they supplied to the Simmaron Trial. Months of attempted communication later, I still wasn't able to confirm that I could buy the same Rapamycin (formulas vary) as was supplied to the study. Today I got an email saying that they don't offer "one size fits all" care". Is that their opinion of a person asking to follow procedures done on a successful scientific trial? They said I need in person medical care. I had already told them that I am under the care of well known experts who would closely monitor my progress. The Simmaron Trial is a very low dose rapamycin trial with built in safety checks. BTW if you are looking for rapamycin, Defy Medical has low cost telemedicine, clear communication, and no sales BS. The safety blood tests for rapamycin are generally covered by insurance. I'm going to follow the Simmaron Trial by simply buying 1 mg tablets of rapamycin, following the schedule outlined in the published trial, and periodically getting safety blood tests through my MDs. My cost will be about 1/4 of the cost at Ageless Rx, zero BS.

A 7 month customer, terrible customer service, you cannot pause your RX, they just keep shipping--and the most importnat thing--is EVEN IF THE DOCTOR has requested a consult becuase you've said it's not working or there are adverse side effects--they just continue to send you product even if you don't connect w/ the doctor. Also--this is the most expensive company to order NAD+ from (and check out the reviews--the aren't great.

I do not trust this company, they ask for a copy of a driver's license, and require payment information for medication prior to any contact with a provider of any kind! Shocked they didn't require a copy of my insurance coverage. With all the scams on the internet these days I don't trust this isn't one as well! I see this as a bad business practice concerning a prescription drug at the very least.

Did not notice anything an the price was way to much found a more efficient an effective an the same dose an product at a more affordable price with another company

I have not received my product yet, feeling scammed, by this company, I have no results, all I have is empty promises of a product that has yet to arrive, was told 5 to7 business days, but it didn’t get processed till 4 days later then the emails started we are sorry about the delay we will have a different pharmacy get your order still have not got it

If I could rate less stars I would. These products did nothing and when I canceled them over 6 months in, I for sure canceled it and they started charging my card WITHOUT MY CONSENT again! No email, just a shipped products email and charged. Then I emailed customer service and they are the worst and took over a week to reply. They offered me 40% refund and said to dispose of the product even though I DID NOT ORDER THEM OR AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE. DO NOT go with this company!!!! I will be pressing further if they do not refund me

Had horrible interactions both on the phone and via their app chat feature and on email. My meds never shipped on time and one month they were over 40 days late and I had to request a dispute from my credit card company as they refused to refund as I could never reach them. I switched to IVY Rx and NO issues. I would avoid this company at all costs.
