Great customer service but no results seen
Good company great customer service. But I didn’t see any results in almost two and a half months not one pound lost. Just a lot of wasted money and when I asked could I up the dosage so maybe I could at least lose one pound. I was told no not for three months. So I canceled all the medication. I won’t waste another dollar. I was taken metformin nothing but diarrhea and dehydration. I stop that and started taking Semaglutide at .25mg I asked to go up to .50mg and was told no. It was all a waste of money all of it

They send prescriptions from a third…
They send prescriptions from a third party compounding pharmacy that does a great job. However, Ageless Rx has no customer phone number although I am spending approximately $75 per month. Their website says they have no record of my account. I wish to cancel recurring prescriptions but cannot do it until they respond to my concern on their website.

Resolutions take too long
Turn around time for questions to be answered is far too long. When I ask a questioned regarding my medication I want a response from a doctor not to be told to set up an appointment or to wait while it takes days to ask the pharmacy. This experience is entry level. I would not recommend to anyone to use your services.

Lacking, would not recommend
The company is very far behind on latest Long Covid research. The people seeing you don't see you for very long and try to sum up your whole life diagnosis in one 5 minute appointment. I didn't really feel properly cared for, and the treatment I need to help my long Covid symptoms was not given because of "company policy" due to some of my labs. Please do better, whoever is in charge of that. I would have gladly signed a legal waiver relinquishing any legal action for something I consented to do.

I was prescribed metformin
I was prescribed metformin. I don’t know if it works or it’s working way too slow. I don’t know if it was how I filled out the questionnaire or what, but I don’t feel this is helping me much.

FOUR PILLS
At this time taking 4 pills (all at once) a day is causing diarrhea. I will try to take 2 pills in the morning and then 2 pills in the afternoon.

They sell the kit, that's it...
I ordered a test kit on their website, and sent it back promptly following all the instructions. A month later, they still didn't receive it and can't say where it is. It took multiple emails to them and the test center to finally resolve this and get a refund. A bit of wasted time, and inconvenience of collecting my own blood at home and following all the process for no result.
