I ordered the Nasal NADS+ ( this isn’t the first time as I’ve used the ReadyRx in the past) I thought I’d try another company. From beginning AgelessRx went smooth from ordering to delivery.. Until I opened the packaging. Mind you I received the order directly from the UPS delivery guy himself and with minutes opened the packaging. The content were warm. The 2 cold packs were room temperature. The product was not cold at all. Well this was very disappointing because in order to be effective it must be cold because this product is very sensitive to warm temperatures. It loses its optimal and therefore is not an effective. I contacted team asking for replacement let’s see what happens.. that was 5 days ago ( the weekend included).AgelessRx Gotta do better in shipping otherwise what’s the point ? I will update regarding their response Shipping NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) at a specific, controlled temperature—typically 36°F to 46°F —is critical to maintain the molecule's stability, potency, and overall effectiveness. NAD+ is a delicate biological compound that is susceptible to thermal degradation, meaning heat can break it down, rendering it less effective or completely useless

We partner with US-based licensed pharmacies that are 503A compounding pharmacies, which require strict FDA compliance, including undergoing regular inspections of their facilities and products while following state and federal regulations. All our pharmacy partners go through rigorous quality assurance testing, sourcing from FDA-approved distributors, complying with state boards, and receiving a valid Certificate of Analysis (COA). Our pharmacy partners choose to go above and beyond, achieving voluntary certifications and accreditations, including LegitScript certification, National Association of Boards of Pharmacy® (NABP®), and/or PCAB Accreditation. That said, there are a number of products where the formulation does not require refrigeration prior to first use. The ice packs included are often to support temperature regulation during our 2nd day air shipping timeframe. We would be happy to look into your concerns and ensure the correct action was taken here, as well as provide transit or stability studies and a certificate of analysis for your peace of mind.
