Complete and total scam
Complete and total scam. I have called there five times they keep charging my credit card there’s nobody that answers the phone just today alone. I called five times. I’m tired of getting my credit card charged. I’ve already canceled the credit card and they keep charging my credit card for some thing I told them I couldn’t take one pill. Nobody should have to go through this numerous emails and numerous phone calls and every month is a new bottle of pills and nobody taking any responsibility or helping me resolve this. I would never do business with this company do not do business with this company.

First time ordering NAD injections
First time ordering NAD injections. Guy told me it would take one day for it to get shipped out . Well it’s been 6 and still saying processing on the status. Message them and no response. Very disappointing…

Please note, most orders ship within 3-5 business days following approval [excluding weekends & holidays], depending on how busy the pharmacy is. Our partnering pharmacy requires 3-5 business days to compound & ship your order. Additionally, if your order was an injectable, injections are shipped via an expedited method Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Any order placed on a Thursday or Friday, will ship the following week. There are no shipments sent on observed holidays. Unable to do what they said they would
Ordered metformin and received the first prescription without problems. The 1st refill showed up a week late. I contacted the company and they said they would move my billing and refill date to prevent that from happening again. They did not change the refill date (but amazingly they did remember to charge me early). The company demonstrated they are unable to provide consistent refills. Edit-Of note based on your reply. You did not correct this problem. I contacted your company and when I realized that you had failed to fix the problem. As your customer service member states this was a "human error" . Just like the previous months error. See the pattern? You are much quicker to respond to a negative review than to messages sent through your system.

DO NOT USE THEM
DO NOT USE THEM. I did the injections for 3 months, never missed a dose and did not have any benefits. Then find out I am on a reoccurring order and they sent me another 3 months supply. I called to return because it did not work and I had not requested additional order. I was told there is nothing they can do. I am in healthcare and this is a scam! Do not use them!

I ordered b12 injections and my order…
I ordered b12 injections and my order says it shipped Sunday. As of Thursday I have not yet received it. I messaged customer service and they responded today, and said it’s out of stock and will let me know when it’s shipped.

Hear palpitations!
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order from them. I ordered metformin and received 170 tablets which are, I guess, good for 3 months. This is my second day and have been having severe heart palpitations and one side of my mouth is tingling. Who knows if these are even legit. Not to mention that one of the medicine containers was broken! Unprofessional. Please do not buy!
