I really wanted to do business with this company. In order to get a prescription, this company requests a copy of your license or some sort of ID. I wanted to be sure this company was safe with this information. So, I searched them on the BBB website and couldn't find any information. I called AgelessRx and asked what I am doing wrong because I could not find them with the Better Business Bureau. While speaking with N. at AgelssRx, she said they have been in business for a couple of years. She also searched the BBB site and told me while we were on the phone, she got a response from BBB and they can be found there. I couldn't find them and so I called the Ann Arbor city clerk and they could not give me info on AgelessRx. I called LARA, the Michigan Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and they could not find them. I called the Michigan treasury department and no information was found. So, I called AgelessRx back and asked for their license number and N. informed me she could not give me their license number (very troubling) a business is supposed to have their license which has their number posted in plain site for the public to see. She also informed me that they didn't need to be registered with the BBB. Of course, however, usually, the BBB has some sort of information regarding a business if it has been in business for a while. This makes me sad, I so wanted to do business with them.

The wait time to ship is long. Never again

I ask 3 times about the current medication conflict with ( NAD ) I never had any answers, so i wright another email asking to cancel my order since i didn't have answers to my questions, and suddenly i received an email w the tracking number ( NAD is on the way !) but nobody told me if i do qualify for NAD ??? I WILL TRY TO SEND BACK THE INJECCTIONS ONCE I RECEIVE

I ordered the B12+Mic shot on the 4th of January . Took the $330 immediately after online Dr visit. They say 3-5 business days for delivery. Today is the 16th of January and still have yet to receive my order. Very frustrating.

CHECK YOUR CHARGES CAREFULLY, DO NOT TRUST THEM! I was charged for my order over two weeks ago, which was never shipped. In addition, they charged me for another order I had canceled over a month ago! Regarding the order that was never shipped, I sent two emails regarding it, and they just gave me a generic answer and STILL haven’t mailed it. It is infuriating beyond belief to pay this high for a product and receive poor customer service Whoever is in charge of their operations should be fired.

Customer service is horrible! It takes days to hear back from anyone. I was grateful that I was able to obtain a LDN prescription from them as I moved and am having issues finding a local doctor who will prescribe it. Because of how slow they are, it did take several days for the process. I have been taking their version of LDN and started noticing that at night my eyes and sinuses get HORRIBLY dry. I already suffer from dry eye and LDN usually helps but this one makes it 100% worse. On top of that I have also been terribly constipated. Whatever they are mixing their LDN with is drying out my whole system. I have had LDN from 3 other pharmacies and NEVER experienced this. I contacted them 3 days ago stating I needed help immediate and could not continue using this and asked if they could change the mixture. Still no reply. I also called but was on hold for several minutes then directed to leave a message. I did. No call back. With health related products we need to be able to get in touch with the pharmacies or medical providers right away, not left to fend for ourselves. If you can get your prescription somewhere else, do. Otherwise know that these people won’t respond to issues for days.

Bait and switch pricing, super misleading. I found this website in my search for low dose naltrexone providers. In google’s search results, their site clearly states “LDN plans starting at $25/month.” I go to the site, navigate to the LDN portion, and it says $45/month for LDN. I start the patient assessment, and when I started filling out my patient info it says $75/quarter. I get to the end of filling out my info and now it says $105 PER QUARTER! Are you kidding me?? I could justify the $25 or maybe even $45 when all my other medications and visits are free. But this is obscene. The inconsistent pricing has “scam” written all over it. Glad I didn’t give them my credit card info as it seems like other people have had problems too.

I was charged for my order 10 days ago and I have yet to receive the product or shipping info. Customer service communication is VERY poor. The products must come from China if it takes that long. I canceled my order.
