Thanks for sharing your feedback, Rachel! While LDN capsules are the same size per dose, the formulations within the capsules are different. Furthermore, our partnering pharmacy does perform testing on every LDN batch to ensure consistent quality and dosing. Hi Amy, We are so sorry to hear your refill did not make it to you prior to running low/out of your medication. Rest assured, we take feedback like this very seriously and have already reached out to our pharmacy partner to learn more. A member of our team will be reaching out to you shortly to assist further with your refill. Please note that lowering your Metformin dose or stopping it all together is generally very safe. Many patients do this routinely, whether by accident (forgetting to take a dose) or by choice. The risks you mentioned are extremely rare and not likely to occur.
