The product did not work and I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription but the only way is to contact the company by email and I not received any response. I now have 4 unused bottles.

I ordered the product and couldn’t tolerate it. I wrote multiple emails and chatted online only to be told they couldn’t refund me. They said I could pay to return and they would see but couldn’t guarantee. They said there was no refund policy on their website. I used the actual AgelessLX website. I believe it is a scam

This company is horrible and needs to be shut down. Their guarantees mean nothing, their product does nothing, and they are the worst company on the planet to deal with. You have to fight tooth and nail to cancel, until threats of consumer action may finally get them to do so. If you return the product untouched, you are forced to at your own expense and they charge you $8 per item restocking fee on top of that. They then still don't refund you unless you spend more agonizing hours on the phone fighting with them for what's left of your refund. Worst experience ever. RUN AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Do not buy this crap. Total scam. I tried for 2 months and no results. I tried to return and extremely rude person said I had to pay for shipping to return. Lesson learned!

Do not fall for their money-back guarantee. I bought 3 bags hopeful it would work for me. I felt confident to get more than 1 to make sure I gave it enough time to work. It never did. It actually made my stomach feel weird. I finished it all up since I INVESTED into it. So then I request for a money back guarantee and they said I had to send the empty bags back. Well, luckily I still had one of the empty bags because I wasn't saving them to return them because I was hoping it would do what it was suppose to. Well, I send it back which I had to pay for and did not pay anymore extra for the insurance because I have never had to do that. They conveniently keep saying they haven't received it 2 months later. So, even though they have proof I bought 3 bags..because they didn't receive my empty bag...I don't get a refund..
