I paid for a 50 MB image, but I received a 3.3 MB image. I don’t know how to decompress the image. Can you explain how this is done? It does not appear to be in a zipped format. I have sent you an email to the address on the invoice. Perhaps you could send me the image in a zipped format to my address.

Very poor image qualtiy--outrageous to charge $50. There were better versions of the same photo available for free all over the internet.

Thanks for your "very helpful complain." If you had suppñy the code of the image we would be have been able to understand the reason for your outraged comment or require a credit.

Let me start by saying that this company does a good job at what they do. What is infuriating is they are taking on a political activist role. Not good for business because always 50% of the people don't agree. I personally don't like my in box filled with political junk mail. And yes I am adding this companies email to spam as a result.

Ich bin leider enttäuscht . Für den Preis hätte ich ein richtiges Poster auf Papier erwartet und dies dazu ohne Ihre Werbung im Foto. Ein Foto mit Ihrer Werbung kann ich leider nicht gebrauchen .

I´m surprised to see that you don´t know that when you buy a picture, you receive a compressed clean file that you have to decompress and use to produce your poster. Furthermore, if you don´t know how to decompress an image, the intelligent decision is to call or e-mail us, and we will help you to do what you need to do. Giving us a 1 star when is something that you don´t know enough does not sound very ethical. Our company will email you and teach you what you should have learned before.

Tras varias conversaciones por asuntos del uso de la fotografía que les compre y no estar claro si me era permitido darle el que yo pensaba, al ver tantas posibles interpretaciones (no faltas de razón), les dije que anulabamos la compra y no habia problema. Rapido dijeron que no hacia falta y que volvían a preguntar. Me contestaron que sin problema, que la utilizara en mi web. Cuando les pedi que lo que me decian por telefono me lo enviaran por email, pues con el tiempo podria haber otras interpretaciones de su uso, no volvieron a contestar. Al final no he usado la foto por si acaso, pues como comprenderán con las palabras de alguien que no sé ni quién es y por teléfono, no me voy a arriesgar a un posible lío. Su conducta no es irracional ni grosera pero su actitud hacia mí si me parece inaceptable.

Archaic website, wrong info about image ( size is for uncompressed bitmap, but you receive low quality jpeg with artefacts ), low quality images ( upscaled ). You need to review your images before making them public.

We are sad to read that you were not happy with one of the images that you bought from us although we had to help you to decompress it. However, not everything should be so wrong when you didn´t ask for a refund for your purchase.
