Like many contributors here, I got a very poor experience with this stock agency. I have been chasing my final invoice for the past 2 years. Their delay tactic is to come up with different excuses and asking to keep sending an updated invoice and then months go by without any response. Followups result in no communication. Their payment system is antiquated. So finally my patience has run out and have started legal proceedings against them. They will be receiving a much bigger bill than if they had just paid the invoice.

I was an age contributing photographer…
I was an age contributing photographer for years. After several years of no sales I cancelled my contract and asked for my original slides to be returned to me (as specified in the contract). I repeatedly asked them to return my art to me. Silence. Do not do business with this company.

And luckily, you are not a photographer anymore. Contracts that you signed, and you refer to --you signed three contracts--, say the following:
Clause 5, point 5.5 "...the photographer agrees that none of the images submitted to agefotostock are unique, truly rare or irreplaceable and if so, such images shall only be provided to agefotostock in the form of appropriately labeled reproduction quality copies of the originals. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Photographer (you, Ryan) agrees that agefotostock shall not be liable for any loss, theft damage, or deterioration of any Photographer´s images..."
Did you ever read what you signed, Ryan? Or you are annoyed because you don´t read and don´t understand.

Your response to my remarks shows that you didn´t read a contract you signed, no matter what you want to say here. So, better concentrate on answering why you wanted to get back "art" that you have accepted "that none of the images submitted to agefotostock are unique, truly rare or irreplaceable" The question is if your "art" was so valuable, why you didn´t send a copy.

Just a pity those thieves don't pay their photographers. That criminal of a CEO owes me 13 unpaid invoices. LOTS of photographers are in the same situation which means this coward (doesn't dare to communicate anymore) took thousands of dollars illegally by breaching his own contracts. Worst company in the business.

Can't talk to them and poor publishing rights offered
The fact that you can't call them makes dealing with agefotostock very difficult. They seem to be unable to offer the publishing rights that we require at Usborne Publishing, and those rights that are on offer are crazy expensive.

I just lost money, seems to be a scam
After I purchased a license for an image very important to me, there was an error and it would not download. It seems like I lost about $70. Very upsetting.
