Parts that were needed arrived as ordered. They were however woefully late. I got them about a month after I finished picking cotton. Was supposed to get them prior to me starting to pick cotton. Had to use duck tape to close holes in the old hoses on the machine. Still I was glad to get hoses as I had a difficult time finding others who carried this part. Would use them again. Timely delivery was an issue.

The Lube Filter arrived in great time. The only thing not so good was the magnet on the inside top was broke into many pieces. I removed it and took the one from the old filter (which was still in good shape) and replaced them. I sure it wasn't free, and would have been really upset if the old one was broke and I would have had to wait for a week or so to get a new one.

Items ordered were on back order for a couple weeks. The rep called to let me know and I thought that was great. Not a big deal, it was -21 f here today. lol What seemed wrong to me was (1) no shipping notification, they just showed up on my door. (2) No tracking number.
