I placed an order... after a few days I hadn't received a shipping notice, so I called and this is what I was told, "We NO LONGER have that product and we've refunded your money". I said, I never got an email and I've been waiting 5 days. The response, was "Well we tried to call you.

I only received 1 gallon of the cotton, spindle and detergent solution I purchased from egg crazy. It was in one package. I assume the other package containing the remainder of my order has been lost or was not shipped. Please advise regards, Michael McEwen.

I ordered part #196-311034 and they shipped part #196-310734. And after notifying them of the problem, they shipped the same wrong part number again. Went back and forth to be told they don’t have the one I ordered. Now I have to deal with returning the wrong seal kits and making sure I get reimbursed. With that being said, I realized it was a third party entity that was responsible for the mixup.

Bought a chain and there was a minimum order of 10 chains. The chain length was 10 ft. Thought I was getting 100 ft of chain. Got the package and it was just 1 ten foot chain. Your ad is misleading. And then you changed the ad and it's still misleading because you are advertising for a 1 ft section of chain but you have to order 10. So why not just take out all the BS and call it a 10 ft chain, that is what you are selling, not 1 ft and not 100 ft. stop dickering around

Chris, It was good to talk to you today. I'm really sorry for how haywire your order went. The vendor shipped your items but failed to notify us of that. Then that shipment got damaged and returned and needed to be reshipped which was a very unfortunate turn of events. According to UPS, your package is in transit and will deliver April 20. I apologize for the inconvenience and lack of communication on our end. I hope you'll give us another chance in the future. Matt

After receiving a replacement draft arm kit there was an apparent problem with the new seals sent with the kit that are to be used with the new shaft. I first spoke with Duane who referred me to Matt. Shared issue with Matt, including photos illustrating issue, who said he would get with his supplier. Called Matt Friday to let him know I haven't heard from anyone yet. Mat said again he would get with supplier. As of 12:00 noon, Saturday, April 18, I haven't heard from anyone. I can't give favorable rating to this order.

Hi Jay, I'm sorry about the delay in communication about your issue. Many of our suppliers have staff working remotely and this is causing some delays that are not ideal for anyone. On Monday April 20, I overnighted a replacement part to you at no charge. Hopefully that solved the problem with the product. Feel free to reach out again should you need more assistance. Matt
