They never showed for our pick up, and they didn't respond to calls and texts until well after we called an Uber. To their credit, they did admit their mistake and promptly refunded the charge. They said they put our reservation down for the wrong day. Mistakes happen, but when it comes to transportation, I expect them to check and double check they input the reservation correctly. Having to call an Uber to get to our cruise on time was stressful.
