I Absolutely love these apartments! I was told I have to be 62yrs. old, to live here, so I must wait until May of next year before I can appt and to be placed on the waiting list. I asked if I could pay the $100.00 application & waiting list fees now, so when my birthday comes I'll be closer up for an apartment. They wasn't hearing that tho. I will continue praying on this petition and God' Will, I'll get it.

I feel that your location would work for my needs. I still need to know about how the other residents follow the rules of the complex. Where I live now there is no one in management laying down the law. You break the rules you are asked to leave. Example several people have extra people living in their apartments whom are not on their lease. This extremely aggravating and derogatory to the other residents who follow the rules.

I just started using After55.com. So far, I'm pleased. I hope to see more rentals under $2,000 in north county San Diego. Thank you.

Yes i would recommend this company its a very nice location and pretty .

Everytime I wanted to return and get the next property, I had to start at the beginning and scroll down almost to the bottom. This was very frustrating. Also, you do not list Happy Trails in Surprise, AZ as a viable option.
