Please reach out to us by email so we can sort this out together. Regarding the video length , each one includes 40 seconds of dancing, and the rest is your personalized voice message. It is impossible for our dance teams to dance for the whole duration of songs and it does not look natural in the video.

it was alright i guess a. i asked for no robot voice, they did it anyway b. they butchered a part, for some reason adding a space of silence? c. wrong name the rest is alright

Regarding the robotic voice message, our performers are members of African tribes who don’t speak English or other languages fluently. They can only repeat what they hear, so pronunciation can sometimes vary - especially with more complex or non‑English messages. If the name or phrase wasn’t pronounced correctly, please let us know and we’ll remake the video for you at no extra cost.
