Had to write a review after my experience. In short, they kept trying to arrange trips that were overpriced by thousands of dollars. I could book the same hotels on basic booking sites for way way less. They also kept suggesting extremely over-the-top hotels when I specfically said I was looking for low key, boutique-style places. I offered up specific examples and they still would say I'm better off at the most expensive places. When I asked why their price quote was $4,000 more than if I booked it myself, they asked for a list of prices I found. I gave them the prices then they said that they can't comment because they offer package deals. I paid them $250 to book my vacation and I booked 100% of my flights, hotels, etc and didn't book a single hotel on their recommendation list. Worked with Katie, who was super nice, but you'd be better off lighting $250 on fire then going on Agoda to book hotels.
