Wrong sized screen

Well, You folks couldn’t have screwed this up any more if you tried. Scarred goods and instead of some kind of reconciliation of product, discount on future sales or any other consideration you offered to send a can of spray paint. Guess what!? You sent a can of white paint when the product I ordered was Bronze. A waste of time and money. SIGH! Sincerely Disappointed

Screens were made to the wrong size and I tried to return them. Your customer service rep told me I was out of luck and couldn’t return them..... thanks for wasting my 250 bucks

Screen was well packaged, but once it was unpacked numerous defects were noticed. The worst was an approximate one inch slit in the screening aluminum where it gets tucked into the frame. One corner had an approximate three inch strand of material sticking out, and another corner had numerous strands of excess material sticking out. The door frame and screen material were of excellent quality. The workmanship and quality control were terrible. I emailed the company sometime near the end of May 2020, and received no response. After posting this review, the next day (8/5/20), they did email me and also left a voice message. The excess material is not a deal killer, but the slit is, especially when one is paying over twice as much versus the big box stores. This site will not allow me to post pictures, but I did write a review and post pictures on Yelp. Indeed, the pictures do all of the talking.

Called the office to check on shipping information, since it exceeded the shipping time frame mentioned on the website. Office said they were shipping my order when I called. A week later I called again, and found it still had not shipped. Office couldn't tell my why. Finally receiving the product, I found the dimension, one direction were approximately 1/2" shorter than the dimensions submitted. I ended up shimming up the bottom to make it fit. Material looks good, just workmanship sloppy.
