This is an excellent scale for small retailers. My company roasts and sells artisan coffees and needed a NTEP scale for DPH compliance. It was perfectly calibrated out of the box, and the DPH rep could not have been more pleased. We're looking forward to many years of excellent service.

Absolutely amazing scale for my price, accuracy, and repeat-ability needs. The ability to get constant 0.01 grain accuracy is great for loading high precision rounds for long range competition shooting.

The first scale I received did not work. I called and within the week they sent another scale that works just fine. They took care of business.

We ordered an Ohaus scale. The order completion was efficient, the shipping as promised and swift. The price was the best we could find for the precise same unit. I highly recommend H&C.

Everything about this purchase process was incredibly easy. The scale I purchased is of a higher quality than the previous scale I had which was four times the price.
