H&C Weighing SystemsReviews of affordablescales.com

Sometimes website is incomplete or parts are not in stock, however customer service representatives are very helpful and able to find viable options when something is out of stock.

I will order from them again

Good prices and selection. Scale was as ordered and in good condition. Delivery was a bit slower than some on-line stores, but I received notices telling me what to expect.

Immediate acknowledgment of order and fast shipping. I was a bit disappointed in the size of the scale since there were no measurements posted on the ad. However, it will suit my purpose, so overall, a good experience.

While I thought I would have trouble assembling the professional scale I purchased, it was relatively simple. I did not find the screws needed to attach the height bar, and would love to receive these if possible/ Otherwise, I will wait until the ice melts and spring allows me to get out to the hardware store!
