Overall, I had a couple of great experiences. It was easy to order products, although something I needed was out of stock so I had to purchase an item that was a little more expensive. My product was packed, shipped, and at my door very quickly. My first order was missing one thing, but after one email, the representative had it shipped to me overnight at their expense. The second time around I needed to purchase additional parts and the person helping me had great product knowledge and explained what I needed to buy. Again, the order was quick and arrived in a matter of days with easy tracking. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! Definitely recommend.

Quickly found the website, and has good information of products with videos. Easy to understand and prices are good.

This is a good, simple scale for weighing light industrial parts.

Equipment arrived as expected. Faster order processing and immediate shipping would have earned 5 stars.

I love the scale. The packing and assembly instructions are adequate. My only question is why it took so long to for the order to be expedited. There were four or five business days there where my order & payment had been received and no shipping notification went out. These days that's a long time. But overall I was pleased with the purchase. Thank you.

This transaction went smoothly. The product was somewhat underwhelming but not the fault of the seller in any way, I got what I paid for.

I found what I was looking for at a price that was much less than I expected. I would give it five stars except that the box that the item was shipped in was broken open by the time it got to me and the paperwork was hanging out the bottom. That may have been the fault of the shipping company but H&C might want to consider a sturdier box for such a heavy item.

The only thing I would recommend is that the tracking number(s) is automatically email to the recipient. I was having to requested the tracking number(s) each time I place an order.
