I would have given them a 5 but their supplier goofed and sent the wrong balance. It was quickly resolved but it had to be repacked and returned quickly otherwise I would have been charged for a balance I did not order.

We like it because of it's size and weight.

The scale worked and I'm satisfied . I had a problem with the scale but I got the needed support and I'm happy now.

A little too soon to tell but for now it is a great piece of equipment. Ordering was fast and easy. Delivered promptly. bsj

I had a very pleasant experience once everything was sorted out, what I mean by this is that when I ordered I made a mistake with the card information, and the order was denied, I was not notified by anyone until I called the company direct to see why I had not received my scale, I was then told that my transaction was declined and I should have been notified, however the rep I talked to was very helpful and help me realize the mistake I made, I corrected the information and was very impressed with the service I received.

Very fast, efficient, and more affordable prices. I ordered a product from them a week ago, having it shipped ground, and it's supposed to arrive today. Very satisfied
