The only issue I have is the slow delivery. I know this can't be helped. I would be willing to pay more to speed up the shipping (??). Customer service is very good.

The lady that took my order was absolutely great. The problem here is the wait time. You need to hire more order takers, especially on Mondays.

The rep we talked to on the phone was very helpful, but the process of getting through to her was somewhat time consuming - it would seem your company is very busy and you could use more help. Also, I think the information on your website needs updating - including phone numbers. The online ordering process didn’t seem to be working properly, including uploading the prescription. I ended ordering by phone. It would also be better if credit card charges could be handled online.

Been using this service for about a year. Pretty simple and easy. Medication is exponentially cheaper than in the US. Only drawback is the wait time. Can be anywhere from about 2-7 weeks. So be prepared to order early. But the pharmacy doesn’t have anything to do with this. It’s shipping overseas, going through customs etc. Would recommend.

Ordering process was good and easy. Was honestly told up front to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. We shall now wait and see what happens…hopefully I get my meds!

Shipping is slow. Credit card is billed immediately, not when items are shipped.
