I purchased this trade copier a few days ago, as I didn't want to rely on 'free' ones (that often cost the user much more in failed order execution and/or account losses) anymore. I couldn't get it to install properly at first (mostly user error, with the rest being my computer settings), so reached out to the company for help. Through live chat, emails back and forth sharing articles & video links, and ultimately getting on a live hands-on support call with David at the company...all was solved and works perfectly. I bought this particular Trade Copier / Enhanced Chart Trader because of recommendations and reading through reviews. I'm happy to report that they were all correct, and all were true! A big shout out to Dave in Support again. I absolutely could not have solved this without him; he is not only knowledgeable and efficient but is so nice he made the whole process a real pleasure. The number of times I've ever said that about any kind of support? Ha...this time, for sure. I don't feel that I'm hard to please, but this was a very rare experience. Sorry for the long message -- seems like an advertisement and so I guess it is. I highly recommend the product and the support...could not be happier about it

The "Trade Copier" has worked very smoothly between my NT8 account and Prop Firm accounts. The "Basic Chart Trader Tools" is a tremendous upgrade when compared with the NT8 Chart Trader. And the "Close Bar Entry Orders" tool has been a game changer! I trade with tick charts, and this tool is incredible. My overall experience has been great!

After communicating with the team, the ATM issue was not completely resolved, but was less or a none issue from when I bought the product. It has to be a miniscule bug, but I'm sure this team will squash it. They are easy to work with, communicate and the product is really easy to use and this team will listen if you all just give them the chance to. Thank you all again for reaching out to me to resolve this.

The Best Stochastics Indicator works well and is very customizable. I like the clear Buy and Sell labels to see clear reversals in pricing. The color shading of >80 and <20 makes it easy to see levels. Using this along with other trade tools helps identify possible reversals in price to consider placing a trade. You can adjust the Period D and K levels and change the stochastics speed to fast to suit your trading style.

Meanwhile, Essential Chart Trader Tools provides fast and accurate order execution, ensuring I never miss an opportunity. I’ve mainly communicated with Joel and David, and I can say their support has been outstanding. What truly sets this team apart is how they listen to traders and act fast. If users report issues or suggest improvements, they quickly release updates with fixes and new features. It’s great to see a development team that actually cares about its traders! If you’re managing multiple accounts, I highly recommend these tools. They make trading more comfortable and efficient, allowing you to focus on one account while achieving synchronized results across all others. The software is reliable, constantly evolving, and has made my trading far more efficient and profitable.

I bought in november'24 the Essential Chart Trader Tools. I am very happy and satisfied with this product, its a big step forward in comparsion with the standaard Ninjacharttrader. Installation is easy and the settings / setup are easy to understand too. The benefit for me are the possiblity's from the Essential Chart trader, like the easy and fast access to the buttons of position sizing and atm strategy's, so you can change very fast. I like to the product the most, because of the option 'size off / size on $). Your order size is automatically calculated depening on the price and the risk, so you dont need to count yourself and have the right order size for your risk you want to take. I have a very great experience with the customer service, its excellent. Personal, one to one, focused on helping and solutions. They really want the best for their customers, for me its a great product and a great company. Thanks Joel, keep on going!
