I am a retired Apple guy and need a little extra help. After a couple of hours of not solving the issue, David came on my PC and fixed the problem in less than a minute.Their copier is the BEST.

This is my 4th indicator from Joel and his Team. Exellent value for money, and the features, execution and functions of the copier and risk management is unmacthed. Joel's ability to translate requirements into features is genius. Keep it up and thank you!!

This is my fifth trade copier I’ve tried, and I finally found the perfect fit. No copier has been as reliable as this one. Super easy to set up and very responsive support staff. One time fee is ridiculously valuable.

Dave was very helpful. I have used the service many times and he was always very helpful and answered my concerns.

Between them and ninja trader, no one wants to take blame, Lost 8k and funded accounts. Go somewhere else for the money. *04/03/26 Update. Main account was $5k+, the other 2 accounts were -$600 and -$300. Look elsewhere. *updated. These were actually funded accounts and I was told me nothing could be done and it was user error or Ninja Trader. I also sent video to David showing another glitch. Trust me. Go somewhere else. I’d be happy to accept a reimbursement for my lost funded apex accounts. I get you probably won’t get me my money back. Update. 1/16/26. After a SL all of a sudden it took a buy position without any atm settings. Wouldn’t let me cancel the order with chart trader. Had to go to my account management to flatten all. Lost another $3500 before I could get it cancelled. This happen during the drop around 1000 Friday morning when NQ was dropping. Unbelievable.

Customer service was very understanding, prompt and courteous. I received a response and solution within minutes and appreciate their professionalism. Robert
