Vanessa needed to call me back after her other meeting, this evening. Because my issue was so very VERY complicated, in this 2nd phone call, we again came to a roadblock. She then told me she needed to refer this problem to her 'internal dept'. She hoped she would call me back in the next day or two and was able to accomodate my schedule and call me when I would be free. Despite my being so old and slow on computers, she never once rushed me, being consistently kind and encouraging. All in all a lovely representative of yr company.
