Vanessa has excellent customer service
I had a wonderful experience with Vanessa. She is very kind, patient, and provided me with excellent customer service. I had an issue last week and she made it her mission to get to the bottom of it and find a solution and kept her promise on getting back to me after the holiday weekend. I really appreciate her patience over the phone. She guided me step by step with the application process and I didn’t feel rushed, she had an answer for everything I needed to know. She has a very calm demeanor and spoke to me in a friendly manner and with respect. I appreciate her help and feel relieved she accomplished something very important for me.

Such a pleasant experience!

I was trying to send an email
I was trying to send a disaster preference email to VSHA and it kept getting kicked back saying I had the wrong address. Elana actually answered the phone and spent a good 10 minutes with me trying to help me figure it out and eventually she found the problem. She was wonderful!
