Kemar was very knowledgeable and helpful

Hi Kemar Small, He help answer my questions and provide recommendation that was helpful. His direction was precise.

Kemar resolved the issue very quickly

I am a first time user of the affordable housing platform and was very confused on how to get my rental listed and pass pending review. Rick Tefel answered my call for help. He was very professional. He checked my credentials to make sure it’s me, then clearly explained what I need to do for the review. I provided the doc and he responded very quickly and my unit got approved. I was very impressed by Rick’s responsiveness, knowledge, and customer orientation. He made an otherwise hard experience painless and smooth! Thank you Rick!

Supper helpful and polite!

Kemar was professional and knowledgeable, and he shared information that I was unaware of, that proved to be invaluable.

Vanessa explained clearly and nicely what it was that I did incorrectly that prevented me from logging into my account. She also exuded patience and professionalism. I definitely will continue to use the affordable housing.com website.

William Bray has provided excellent customer service. Thanks for your help!
