Now I would usually not even bother with something like this but I really have to give Vanessa some props. Right from the start she was polite, nice, and sincere. Not only was she helpful, and did all that she said she would, but she also was a joy to speak with. Making what is normally a pain that you just have to get through into a very pleasant experience. One that left me with a smile and a good feeling. Thank you Vanessa!!
