My experience was great because I spoke with Gloria Cardonna. She was very helpful on the questions that I had of my waiting list application she was really nice and had the patience to listen to me. I hope I don’t have to wait any longer. I’ve been waiting since 2008.

Today I called AffordableHousing.com specialist Kemar Small for a 3rd time. Kemar has always been so kind with helping me upload pictures to my listings. Sometimes when I upload the pictures are cropped too much--or are not the correct size. Kemar always solves my problems--quickly! He has a very positive attitude and genuinely wants to help. AffordableHousing.com sure is lucky to have such a super positive and experienced associate on their team! Thank you Kemar!
