One side is higher than the other. Making glasses set higher on the ear. Very difficult to adjust with out the fear breaking them

Website is very user friendly and ordering online was very easy. However, I am not thrilled with the product. There are several small cracks along the bottom of both lenses.

The clear part of the lense and the bifocal part are not proportional. The clear section is way too small. The bifocal line can be seen no matter where you focus your eyes.

Order was placed on Saturday afternoon which was too late to be mailed that day. The next day was Sunday which there is no mail. The clock started on Monday when your package was mailed and according to tracking package was delivered on Wednesday which would be within 1-3 days that priority mail expects to deliver. Sorry if you had different expectations, I only wish you had emailed us directly.

I was sent the wrong order. After I emailed and made 2 calls (got a recording each time) I was then contacted by email with an apology and email saying to mail back the glasses I had ordered and my correct order would be sent me. Also they said my return postage would be refunded me, This was obviously a mistake and mix up; none the less an inconvenience and delay. I am waiting to receive my order and am in hopes it will be correct this time.

The glasses would be nice but the frames are sized for a child or a small women.

My husband liked his; mine ok. I googled non-prescription eyeglasses and got your site. I ordered my husbands which were bifocals. I ordered for me what I thought were bi-focals, but were just reading glasses which I already have plenty of. So if you order, make sure you know what you are ordering.
