Hi Ivan, we gladly replace boxes that are not working correctly. While this is rare, we will take care of our customers. While you did contact us, your complaint was that you received short dated strips (which you ordered and selected the date on at a discounted price). I offered to let you return them, which you have not done. I feel that this review is an attempt to make us look bad because you are upset at your mistake.

Jessica, you selected free standard shipping. We shipped within 24 hours. Selected free standard shipping and expected 2 day deliver, which you told us you were expecting, is unreasonable. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days on average.
