Their customer service sucks and they are nothing but liars. I canceled the plan, got a notice and no balance was due. Then a month later the plan is back in service and I got a bill. So I had to call again to get it canceled. They then said well you owe us $100 for the phone when the person I spoke with said he would wave the phone fee. Stay away!!

BUYER BEWARE! Affinity cellular offers you the sun and the moon until you need customer service. I purchased a RAZ phone and returned it immediately. I received an invoice at the end of the month and called to remind them that I returned and canceled the phone/service. The lady who answered the phone stated that the window had already closed and that I could not cancel at this time and had to wait a whole other month for the next cycle. I asked her for a copy of the policy that stated such and she could not provide that, citing that everything is done via phone. I asked to speak to an administrator and she stated that everyone would tell me the same thing. While I had her on the phone I went to the website and scrolled down to the bottom to find Return Policy which stated: "Affinity Cellular offers a 30-day customer guarantee. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied simply return your phone for your money back. "Return Policy: 100% Satisfaction money back guarantee is void after 30 days from time of purchase or 30 minutes of talk time use collectively incoming and outgoing or 30 text messages collectively incoming and outgoing or 30 MB of data, whichever comes first. If a return is processed in accordance with prior to the aforementioned day/talk time/text/data limitations the following monies will be refunded: activation fee, cost of handset, prorated cost of plan. The cost of any additional services are not refundable.". Nowhere did I find alleged statement that I have to wait for the next cycle to cancel after I have been charged for a whole other month.

I would not recommend this company. Our Mom had a phone through this company for over a year. when we wanted to discontinue service due to her moving to a Memory Care facility they charged us for an extra month because we called on the day of the new billing cycle and the representative was rude and nastily told me they do not pro-rate service. After the phone was to be disconnected we received another bill. This is disappointing and disgraceful!! This is unacceptable for a company that provides service to Seniors! Especially when Seniors eventually have problems even with Raz Care phones. She should be refunded the month in question!

This is a horrible bait and switch company with extremely rude replies (if you can get one!) The ad says special for seniors with FREE phone, but they charge like 38.00 plus additional fees. The "free" tablet is 38, and anything advertised "free" costs extra. They sent me a different phone than I ordered, couldn't even see the numbers or print on it &, they made it practically impossible for me to return...and although it took them seconds to charge my account I still don't have a refund. I had cancelled my account and they are STILL charging me! Please save yourself a lot of grief and go elsewhere.
