We’re sorry to hear that you had this experience, but the details shared in this review do not describe our company or our business model. We are an online education and mentorship company that teaches people how to build and profit from TikTok. We do not hire creators. The activities described in this review, including being assigned multiple accounts, producing 30–50 videos per hour, receiving products to create content for, and working scheduled hours as a creator, are not services or requirements offered by our company. This review appears to be about a completely different business or experience and does not accurately represent our company or the services we provide.

Bekah, we're genuinely sorry to hear that this has been your experience. We want to clarify a few points for anyone reading this. You purchased a self-paced training program that includes course material, community access, and mentor support. After seeing your concerns, we reached out to better understand where you were getting stuck by asking questions such as whether you had gone through the training and what specific questions you had so we could point you in the right direction. The person who responded to you was actually our founder, who personally took the time to engage with your concerns. Our intention was never to dismiss your questions or label you negatively. We simply wanted to identify where you were in the training so we could provide the most relevant help. Like any skills-based program, there is a learning process, and many of the initial questions are covered within the content. We stand behind the support we provide and remain willing to help any member who engages with the training and reaches out with specific questions. We truly wish you the best and hope you're able to find the solution that works best for you.

Hi Delia, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that your interaction with our team felt frustrating and high pressure that’s not the experience we aim to create for anyone who reaches out to us. To provide some context, we do have a structured onboarding process that includes confirming calls and completing a short precall step. This helps ensure that each conversation is focused and valuable for both sides. In your case, our team made several attempts to reach you ahead of the scheduled time but didn’t receive a response, which led to the follow-up messages on the day of the call. That said, we want to be clear that our communication should always remain respectful and professional. The kind of tone you described doesn’t reflect the standard we hold ourselves to, and we take that feedback seriously. Our intention is never to create pressure or make anyone feel uncomfortable, but rather to ensure there’s a strong mutual fit and that both sides can make the most of the time together. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use it to review and improve our communication. If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to discuss your experience further, feel free to reach out to us directly. Wishing you all the best moving forward.
