Our salesmen Richard Clemons was a pleasure to speak with and explained the warranty details and answered all of my concerns. We have not used our service yet so the real test will be when we call to have an issue addressed. We cross our fingers that it never happens but on the off chance it does We hope that AFC will live up to the hype.

It was easy, not at all what we'd heard.
We had heard horror stories about "home warranty companies" however we had an excellent experience. We reported our furnace failure. Got it fixed. Received a check. It was very easy and business like.

Very please thus far!
Michael has been very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and dependable! Like that you can choose your own technicians, that you have dedicated acct mgrs, that you do comparable appliance repair, if necessary and that you have a 94% retention rate!

The person I was talking witha
The person I was talking with, ok believe his name was Bradon, was so helpful and friendly. Explained everything I needed to know and even more. Answered all my questions, etc I look forward to a long successful relationship,! I believe AFC the as more going for it than others that I contacted plus the fact that Bradon was do knowledgeable and shared all information with so I understood,!!
