Purchased and never received. When I asked for a refund they ghosted me. Sham company. Don't buy.

I ordered 4 of these products at close to 500 dollars for Christmas the end of November. I have still yet to see my order practically halfway into January. When I reach out I get a general apology email with a 50 dollar gift card. I have demanded a refund and still haven't got a response. I will be contacting the BBB and I'll be posting as many negative reviews as possible. They took my money and haven't delivered anything. When tracked all I get is that a label was created. I can't believe I'm going to have to try and sue to get my money back. This is unbelievable for a company here in the states. I received products faster from the depths of China. They are not a reputable company buyers beware!!!!

Ordered 2 aerovacs for Christmas on Dec 14th. On Dec 23rd, received an email that it would arrive “1-6 days after Christmas.” It actually arrived on January 9th. I emailed them to say I did not open the package and I no longer wanted the items. I demanded a whole refund and for them to send me a shipping label at their cost. They replied that I would have to pay for the return shipping. HORRIBLE company. Do NOT buy.

Ordered December 17th and after several emails asking about why it hadn't shipped it finally arrived January 4th. Was supposed to be a gift for someone but it was too late. Decided we would use it. Upon use - the vacuum suction is weak at best and container is very small. Also, battery runs down pretty quickly so you are limited to how much you can use it in one session. Decided to return it. It took a while but they did issue a refund.

If I can give a negative star I would! Placed my order in November and Jan 7th still nothing! This is a scam!!

I placed an order for their vacuum back on 12/3/24. On the 16 of Dec I got an email saying my item had shipped, but as of Jan 6, 2025 my tacking number that they provided said USPS has never received the item. When I contacted them about a refund they claimed that they could not because the carrier had already taken possession of the package, which is an outright lie. They have been very dishonest and deceptive in their communication on this matter. My recommendation is not to do business with this company.

I ordered one on Nov 16th. Today is January 6th and it’s nowhere to be found. Absolutely a scam.

SCAM - Ordered an Aerovac V-15 Pro 1 vacuum for £100 on the 3rd Dec with a 7-14 business day shipping. Chased on the 23rd Dec and told it would now be dispatched on a 1-6 business day shipping. Delay blamed on Amazon for being prioritised for delivery companies. Chased again 2 Jan to be fobbed off again.
