Stay away from this company if on medicare. Medicare provided the initial certification to use a CGM requiring 2 low sugar readings. I Onece that is complete and you are approved, the doctor never again has to supply the two low readings. Aeroflow in writing there own outside of Medicare rules, states that every six months you are on a cgm, you must obtain two new low readings, which is not what Medicare says, In a complaint filed with the BBB, they encouraged me to return and seek help from the managers at Aeroflow. When I did they stated I should stay with the company and not transfer to them as an authorized medicare provider as well provided me the attorney name to fiurther discuss the descrepency between aeroflow and Medicare rules., They provided an attorney to follow up on my greivance and she never showed for the appointment or did she ever call to reschedule. So they are a company when confronted with Medicare rules, which will only say we follow them but will not supply the very rule Medicare requires. They do not provide the medicare THEY follow but the customer provides it. As a follow up, aeroflo had me speak with a nexus attorney regarding the greivance over this differrnce of opinion. The attorney never showed up for the meeting. They had been providing me CPAP supplies. I called today and they said if we are not supposed to speak with you to order supplies, then we are not speaking, and she hung up. Medicare has rules to be followed for any grievance. Medicare investigator discussed the grievance with the company. They d not call you in 5 days and in 14 days they say they provide an answer. . This, over a difference of opinion of what medicare allowed for a cgm. If someone has to go on insulin and make your levels go low, it is dangerous to go low and usually happens in sleep. You could end up unconscious or dead because you went too low. Thats why 2 lowes are required before going on a cgm which I did two years ago. This is why Medicare only requires two past reading low when first signing up. That after that, because of dangers, they do not want you to go back on insulin and. get two low readings intentionally. Medicare differentiates between a new cgm user and someone who has been on a cgm for two years. They see their cgm users as all being new and eet the requirements of a new user of a cgm even after two years.

Too bad we can't give zero stars. They sucked up my time, hopes, information and never heard from them again. My guess is they are collecting info for the demonic insurance advantage scams that spam me day and night now!

Worst customer service out there! Ordered supplies from them and the idiot that took the order put her name as the recipient!! Ended up ordering from Amazon.

Don't let them bully you into paying for something that was supposed to be covered by insurance! Giving them money means they'll continue to do it to even more unsuspecting mothers + Apparently they now sell CPAP machines too... Call your bank and ask them to block all future payments from Aeroflow. They WILL try and find something new to bill you for. Don't let them! I repeat. Don't give them a dime. The fact that I even needed replacement parts just 2 weeks after getting a pump shows that they deliberately cheap out on certain components and parts to make you fall for the "free replacement parts covered by insurance" scheme. They've been hounding me for 40-something dollars for the past 2 years. They can keep trying. I'm not giving them squat. What a sickening thing to try and do to people. Aeroflow claims that certain replacement parts and items are free with insurance, but then send a second bill soon after- claiming that the parts were ordered "too soon" or you ordered an item that is no longer covered, and it need to be paid for in full. I thoroughly read through the policies on the website before I went through with the orders and yet, somehow, they still tried to figure out how to squeeze money out of me. Nope. Just nope. Sorry, but that $40 is staying right in my pocket.

Absolutely frustrating experience from beginning to end. Nothing about this company feels organized or customer-focused. Every time I contacted support, I got a different answer, and no one seemed to have a clear understanding of my order or situation. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency—pricing wasn’t clear, and I only found out about extra charges after the fact. On top of that, the delivery took far longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, the items weren’t even correct. Trying to fix the problem was even worse. The return process dragged on with little to no updates, and I had to keep following up just to get basic information. It honestly felt like once they had my order, they stopped caring completely. Overall, this company made what should have been a simple medical supply process unnecessarily stressful. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

Poor quality, not enough to hold urine.
