I have been using AeroAdmin in my work daily for the last year (since April 2022) and I am very pleased with the experience. The installation happens within seconds. No registration required with the free version. It has all the features I need. The custom support seems to be very reliable and helpful as well.

Unfortunately I purchased this product before realising it's not fit for purpose. You can't access a computer unattended due to the app not being able to launch until the initial log in screen has been dismissed. Therefore unless someone is with the machine to input the password you can't access it. A complete waste of money and the support process was long and tedious with no actual resolution. Teamviewer is expensive but it's reliable.

Purchased the premium version of this software. It did not work as promised. After lots of arguing they gave a partial refund. Informed them that its not good enough so they kept the money and blocked us. Currently being investigated by payment processor and bank.
