I liked that they didn’t ‘sell’ me on a ton of extras. They measured, checked ductwork, and pointed out what mattered and what didn’t. The crew was careful around our designer finishes and cleaned up better than any contractor we’ve used. The new system runs quieter and the humidity feels more comfortable.

We replaced a 20+ year old system in Palm Springs and I was bracing for chaos. AERIA showed up on time, protected floors, and kept the work area clean the entire day. They walked me through options without pushing the most expensive one, and the final price matched the estimate. The house cooled faster immediately and the airflow is noticeably more even.

Hi Sarah - thank you for sharing the details. Replacing a 20+ year-old system can be stressful, so we’re happy we could keep it smooth and predictable from start to finish. Protecting the home, keeping the workspace clean, and matching the estimate are non-negotiables for us. Great to hear the cooling improved immediately and the airflow is more even. Thank you for choosing AERIA.

Victor was very professional. He gave me a great quote, arrived when he said he would and did an excellent job on installing a mini split. I would definitely recommend him!
