I have worked with Alex Sapp on several hard to find parts. He responds quickly and advises if he is unable to locate a part. He has recommended drop-in replacements as an option. He has worked to lower pricing on repeat orders. Parts arrive properly packaged and on time.

We really appreciate your quick response. Also, it is very helpful that all parts are tested and paperwork is attahced. Our customer is very sensitive for counterfeit parts, so we keep offering your service to them.

AERI is the company we go to when we have a need for parts that are either obsolete or have a lead-time issue we can't wait on distribution for. AERI has processes in place to screen/rate their sources and inspect parts themselves before forwarding on to us. If there is a problem at inspection, they are quick to inform us and work with us to come up with the best alternative solution. Great customer service!

I started dealing with American Electronics Resources about 2 years ago, I can honestly say that these people are very professional , my salesperson Tom is outstanding in finding the parts I request, he will always follow through and does so with a fantastic personality and complete knowledge.
