Alex is very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. We were looking for an obscure part and he found it for us in a very short period of time. Placing the order was a simple easy process and we had our order in no time. We are located in Canada and had no issues with getting the part, having it clear customs and swift delivery. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again when looking for parts out of the ordinary.

I was working with Alex Sapp to try to find a particular EOL part and it had to be new not refurbished. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and did his research. The communication was impeccable I never had to wonder if he found the part or if he was working the task at all. I knew he did what he set out to do because he communicated that to me in emails or phone calls. We got our parts my company was really pleased and they were everything we requested from Alex. thank you so much for supporting us the way that you did. It is greatly appreciated. We would use his company again due to the great service that we got.

This last August 2015, I contacted AERI for the first time to request a quote. I connected with Shon Engle who established rapport quickly and answered my objections/concerns about trying a new source. I was impressed with the level of professional service and as a result made a second purchase in October 2015. If you need a Broker for those difficult, hard to find, obsolete components, I highly recommend Shon Engle, he has now become my preferred Broker.
