The technicians have been great HOWEVER the scheduling is terrible. Phone schedulers are great also, but behind the scenes the dispatch scheduling is totally not interested in customer service. They arbitrarily schedule appointments unrelated to what was discussed causing problems and may or may not notify you. Major inconvenience/problems and in most cases the appointment they send is at a time when the homeowner is not home. Their system is set up so you cannot access any contact--automated "black holes" and faulty links.

I scheduled an appt for May 7th. they didn't call or show up. May 9th while out of town I get a text the yare on the way with no way to reply. their emails are from no reply and the phone has no way to speak to anyone. the Lowe's extended warranty is absolutely worthless.

I have been waiting almost a month for a repair on my dishwasher. 1st tech ordered parts and they were sent and received at "the front desk" No front desk at my home. Original arrival between 7am and 6 pm. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Asked 2nd tech to notify me l/2 hr B4 arrival. Received a text he would be here at 3:15 am vERY, VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY

A & E Factory Services is inflexible and irresponsible!! Despite prepaying for their service and scheduling four appointments, a technician has not yet installed a cooktop part that was delivered four weeks ago. Rather than doing the job already paid for, A&E is making excuses and shifting the burden of fixing its systemic problem to the consumer.

While they did fix the dishwasher would never use them again. 28 call, texts, or emails in five days to remind you of the appointment. The service tec was rude, kept looking in cabinets, rooms like he was scoping the place out. Left a mess on the floor. Dumped dirty water on the porch

If I could have given this company lower than a one star, I definitely would have. I filed a claim with the warranty company on January 25, 2024. I have been stood up three times and today 2/27/24 being one of them. After calling them about four times and then my husband calling them when he got home from work, we came to find out that there was never even a technician assigned to our appointment!!! And each time, the timeframe was 8 AM to 5 PM and then they would even push it out further than that, when you would look on the link for your status updates And then you would get the text message stating that your appointment had been canceled and rescheduled. This company is a joke. I don’t even think they’re for real. So now I had to call them and tell them to close my claim so that the warranty company can find another company to come out and fix my washing machine. Bad, bad, horrible customer service. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! Your product will not ever get fixed!! And customer service reps said that you could not speak with any supervisor or anything like that, because I tried!!!! Karen T.

A&E Factory Services is the worst business that I have ever dealt with. I had an appointment scheduled with them that gave me a 7:00am to 4:00pm window of time for their technician to arrive. At 4:30pm, they sent me a text telling me that my appointment has been canceled and rescheduled for a date 2 weeks from today. This is the THIRD time they have done this to me, and from reviews I have read on other websites, including the BBB, this is very common. It is extremely difficult to speak to a live agent at A&E Factory Services. Once you do, they are completely incapable of offering any help or service. Today I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. I was told that they have no supervisor and that there was nothing that could be done to help me other than to once again reschedule my appointment. I asked if it was possible to be stood up a fourth time if I rescheduled it and the agent told me yes because they always overbook their appointment times. Avoid this company at all costs if you want to keep your sanity.

Been trying to get a warm refrigerator repaired. Three appointments and no results. The first appointment technician arrived and requested a $99 service visit payment. We have a service contract with a $70 visit fee. He couldn't do the work since the work order was incorrect. Couldn't call to get it corrected. He left not work done. I had to call and get a new appointment a week or so out. This appointment resulted in no visit at all. Called and got another appointment. The third appointment was a no show also. The website said my appointment was rescheduled two week out. If I could give a ZERO, that is what they deserve!! Avoid at all costs, terrible customer service!!
