Deceptive practices: Taking orders for items even though they have none in stock and then not refunding
They show items as "in stock" even when they are "backordered". If you pay with Paypal they take your money and then stop responding to emails. Ten days later, I have neither an AED nor my money back. After this experience I checked their reviews on Google Maps and found to my horror that this has happened to DOZENS of customers. It is no accident, this is how they do business. I am leaving this review to make sure others don't suffer the same problem. Their customer service agents will lie to you (if you manage to reach any). They do not respond to emails or Paypal dispute messages.
