My experience with Advul has been extremely poor. Got good reviews from them here and decided to patronise them Apart from their promo offer, I also bought into one of their packages. In all, I initiated 4 campaigns for different products. The campaign was not initiated despite paying them only to get some spurious messages about the campaign they never started running out of traffic the second day I paid them. I wrote 4 different emails to their support and other emails I could get. They did not bother to acknowledge or respond to any of them. They deserve a big minus zero as their rating. They run a lousy customer service in this Advul

Hello Walexiz, we have since connected via email. As you know, we faced some temporary difficulties leading to support delays - but all is well now. I think we are all sorted out now - but please don't hesitate to reach out to us again. Thank you, and sorry again about the delays while we worked through our technical issue.

Definitely a scam, Advul's answer is a joke. I've written so many tickets that I can't count them. I can't reach anyone via the so-called support address either. If a shortened link is not allowed, then it should not even be usable in the campaign and there should be direct information. They debited money from me and didn't deliver anything in return! Definitely a scam! Advul is welcome to contact me and clarify this, I've written enough emails. if i get my money back i will be happy to correct the rating

Hello -- Support is always available at [email protected]; we do not have any tickets from your account. We can see you are using a Short URL which we do not support and actively block. By working around this using a private URL shortener, it is possible that there have been issues with your campaign as a result of this. Please reach out and we can review for you. Note live chat is not monitored 24/7 - please submit an e-mail. Further, please check for your refund on account of the above. Thank you!
