Received my Bauhaus Gilt today. About a 7 week wait until delivery. It's quite beautiful and is obviously great quality. My only problem is that although the time had been set to EST, the moon phase was off by some 12 days. Difficult to reset as you can only adjust time. Took 20-30 minutes to reset the phase as the winder stem is totally smooth. Only able to advance 15-20 minute in one twist.

The service was ok at best. They helped but feels like to the least of their ability. Overall I give them a 4 out of 5
