Purchased ($36.44) a bra in a specific bust size and cup size. (46F) What I received was a Chinese sized 4X. When I contacted them they stated that it was my error as I should have figured Chinese sizes could be different and I could return it under these extreme packing instructions and pay the shipping, almost $30, or I could settle for a $3 refund. The item was advertised under specific sizes, not a S,M,L,XL, denominator. It's fraud. I would not have ordered a bra with those sizing options because I know there are too many interpretations on sizing options like that.

BUYER BEWARE First it took many weeks to receive my bra. while it is very light, unfortunately, it has absolutely so support. Tried to return, they only offered my $2.00 - I paid $30. they said it would cost too much to send back so they offered me $4.00 and I could keep the bra. I don't want the bra I would like all my money refunded. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM AGAIN

awful quality of bra once it finally arrived and total nightmare trying to return and get a refund

Their sizing is TOTALLY off!!! I ordered a DD cup and the bra they sent says "Large" on the tag. Those are NOT the same!!! Customer service responded back saying that I received what I specified and suggested that I donate the bra to someone else and offered me $4. Are they serious?!!!!🤦

Purchased a bra, it finally arrived and the fit is awful. They offered me a $3 refund after charging me tax at about 28%. This company is a sham, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FRKM THEM.

Terrible sizing on the bras I bought. Way too loose for band size, and mini mini cups when it's supposedly an XXXL! Return and refund policies are ridiculous and if this has to go back to China it'll cost me more to send it back than to just eat the cost and give these to someone built like a brick house with tiny cup size.

I ordered my 2 bras June 20th, 2024. It is now July 19th. The parcel is in Portland, I live in Toledo, Ohio. It has been in the United States for 10 days. I still don't have it. This is beyond ridiculous for shipping times. Don't buy from them!!!! If you try to get help from them they just keep saying it's in transit! It's been in transit over a month!!!!!

Ordered bras. Overcharged. Asked for total refund. Instead they credited my account with $11 and ignored my request. Bras arrived, absolutely useless. No support in them. Wrote to their support team. No response. Will never use another online company like this again.
