One David Lambert telephoned me and said my computer was infected, he could help me straighten things out. He spoke so soothingly and professionally that he was able to hypnotize me into giving him access to my computer. He said I had Rundll.exe installed that was messing up financial transactions. Instantly he took control, promising to install a firewall but instead he stole data and installed many other programs to hijack my computer. He asked for $1500 via credit card, which was promptly denied by my credit card company that apparently already knew of this firm and scam. It took me over a week and more money to have a real technician clean and debug my computer. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

Was not given a price quote when installing firewall Charged me $669.95 my tax payment for the year will now be late. I am 82 years old and do not need that kind of protection Also managed to erase 2 months of my emails, and they said they didn't but I was there before they interfered Said they can't recover it, they can but it would cost me $69 when they should go through the recovery system and bring it back Was I scammed? My family says yes
