I received a very high interest short…
I received a very high interest short term loan from this company on 12 August 2025. The repayment was $74.95 per day for 60 business days (Not counting weekends or holidays) the 60 business days ENDED on 7 November 2025 yet as of this writing on 20 November 2025 they are still debiting from my business checking account. The have only responded via e-mail and have only an 877 number that can only leave a recorded message. This company is stealing money from my company as we have fulfilled our end of the contract yet they are still taking funds from us. I will have to pursue legal action against them to recover the OVERPAYMENT of funds that they have wrongfully taken from us.

We take merchant concerns seriously and would like to clarify the facts of this matter. First, the claim that this transaction involved “interest” is incorrect. This was not a loan, but a Merchant Cash Advance, structured as the purchase of future receivables at a fixed factor rate, which was fully disclosed and agreed to in the executed agreement. Second, the merchant has extensive experience with Merchant Cash Advances, having entered into multiple MCA transactions with various funders dating back to 2020, and is fully familiar with how these agreements operate, including repayment structure and business-day remittances. Third, the review was submitted under a name that does not match the actual contracting party, which raises concerns regarding the accuracy and intent of the statements made. We maintain complete documentation supporting the agreement, payment history, and communications. Fourth, the statement regarding the number of repayment days is inaccurate. The agreement specifies business-day remittances only, excluding weekends and federal holidays. When calculated correctly, the repayment term did not end on the date alleged in the review, and all debits aligned with the contractual business-day schedule. Finally, an overpull of $374.55 occurred due to ACH processing timing after the account reached paid-in-full status. The merchant was proactively contacted and notified, and the overpulled amount was refunded promptly once identified. At no point did our company retain funds beyond the contracted amount, and the account reflects a zero balance. We stand by the transparency and integrity of our business practices and are prepared to provide documentation supporting all of the above.
